Individual training provides individualized and periodized training plans. These plans are not generic training plans you can purchase at any online triathlon website. These plans are specific to you, and only you. If you want to be the best triathlete you can be, this is the most comprehensive program we offer. This program is good for beginning as well as experienced triathletes.

Individual training programs are an 8 week minimum committment. These packages include: 

• Initial 60 minute consultation to obtain athlete history and set goals for the athlete's future performance
• Customized training plans for each 8 week period
• Two additional 60 minute coaching sessions for each 8 week period
• Open water (seasonal) and transition practice included
• Nutrition information to help fuel your body the right way for training and race day
• Unlimited email correspondence
• Video swim analysis can be purchased for an additional $45.

The cost of this program is $250 for each 8 week period. Additional 4 week segments can be purchased at $125 each. A 10% discount on coaching services is given to Kennebunk Beach Triathlon Club members!

Foundations Multisport prides itself on being one of the only triathlon coaching services in the area that has programs specifically for youth and junior athletes!  

Junior athletes are ages 16-19

Training programs for junior athletes are the same as the individual training packages (see above). However, junior athletes receive video swim analysis at no additional charge!

Youth athletes are ages 7-15

Training programs for youth athletes are an 8 week minimum committment. These programs include:

• 8 week customized training plans
• Two 60 minute coached session for every 8 week period
• Unlimited email & phone correspondence
• Open water swim, transition practice, and nutritional information are all included

The cost of this program is $180 for an 8 week period. After the initial 8 weeks, additional 4 week segments can be purchased for $90.    

Don't forget...Foundations Multisport is the home of the Tri Frogs' Kid's Club! This is the first and the only triathlon club specifically for kids in Maine!

Foundations Multisport has partnered with Tri For A Cure to direct the Tri For A Cure Youth Aqua Run!

As a special to TFAC participants, any mother registered for the race and her child(ren) who are registered for TFAC or the Aqua Run are entitled to a discounted trainingprogram! Participants will receive:

• 8 Week detailed training plan for participants competing in the sprint triathlon
• 6 week detailed youth training plan for participants competing in the Aqua Run
• Two 60 minute coaching sessions including open water swimming and transition practice
• Nutrition information to help fuel your body the right way for training and race day
• Unlimited email correspondence

This program is $250 for the mother and 1 child, each additional child is $50.
